Our Process

Getting to Know Yourself

The first step begins before we have our first meeting.  It is asking yourself a few questions such as; What makes you unique? What are you drawn to? What are you inspired by? Whether it is a found object or a clipping from a magazine, bring it with you to our initial meeting! Step one is to get to know your own style and seek inspiration. The more information we receive, the more fabulous our first meeting will be. It is important to us that you enjoy our entire process and getting to know you is the most important step!

Initial Meeting & Rough Proposal

Our initial consultations are usually done either in person or through skype (for our out of town clientele). We prefer in person as this is a very visual process and our studio is filled with inspiration and vessels for you to see and touch. Meetings are roughly an hour. Through this first meeting, we will develop a very rough proposal and pricing structure (please come prepared with a rough budget range in mind). Your ideas and designs may change throughout our process of working together and this is completely fine!


We are so excited to work with you and only take a limited number of events per weekend.  Because we don’t hold dates, the next step is to make it official with a signed agreement!  We require a 50% retainer.


After we are booked, we can move forward with scheduling as many additional meetings as you’d like. If requested, we also offer mock ups so that you can see a sample of what you will be getting for your big day in advance at our studio (additional cost applies).
